In this unit we will work towards the following goals: 1. learn vocabulary associated with food and cooking 2. become familiar with the cultural of food and eating in Spanish-speaking countries 3. be able to do a cooking demonstration in Spanish 4. study the history and development of selected foods 5. construct a cookbook for the class
The culmination to our unit will be a buffet! Each student will choose a cultural dish to prepare and share with the class.
